PROGRAMS & PROJECTS.
Community Development Fund works to improve local communities and their environment in all aspects so that they can help themselves and improve the quality of their surrounding nature sustainably.
Three main fields that we are focusing on including Environment, Healthcare and Disability Support. CDF also provides emergency aids in case of natural disasters and pandemic.
Environment
& Climate Change
For the past two years, CDF has been conducting various projects on plastic waste, sustainable forestation, renewable energy, climate change mitigation campaign.
Healthcare programs
Thanks to our partner is Illinois Society of Physicians and Surgeons and other donors, CDF has been able to conduct various projects in the fields of eyecare, dental care and public health for over 10 years in Quang Tri province.
Landmines/Agent orange victims
With the kind support of Hanoi Youth for Community Service, for many years, CDF have been able to build safe houses for the UXO/Agent Orange victims.
Education for disabled children
CDF give priority to inclusive education and life skill training for young children, especially children with disabilities. We create opportunities for the children to enjoy a good quality education via provision of educational facilities and trainings.
Relief
Aid
Quang Tri province inhabitants suffer from annual flooding and hurricanes, which damage their crops and animals and hurt their economy. CDF has been offering help to these disadvantaged people in various ways.
