Who should I invite

Think about the people and organizations who truly care about your cause—like donors, volunteers, local businesses, and community leaders. Reach out to them using social media, email, and personal invitations, making sure to highlight how their support can make a real difference. By bringing together a diverse group of supporters who are passionate about your mission, you'll create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at your event.

How keep it sustainable ?

To keep your fundraising efforts sustainable, focus on building relationships with your supporters that last beyond just one event. Show them how much you appreciate their contributions through thank-you messages, updates on your projects, and opportunities to get involved. Look for creative ways to raise funds, like setting up monthly giving options or partnering with businesses that share your values. By nurturing these connections, you'll ensure ongoing support for your NGO's important work.
